Shift Lead

In this role you will support the General Manager by running store operations during your shift, leading the team to deliver excellent service and a smooth, well run environment. You'll supervise staff, manage inventory, and ensure cleanliness and safety, while coaching teammates to follow BRCC standards. This position centers on customer experience, operational excellence, and team leadership in a fast-paced retail setting. You'll help shape a high performing store culture that reflects BRCC's mission to serve customers and support the veteran community.

• Deliver exceptional customer service
• Execute store operations during assigned shifts
• Organize opening and closing duties
• Provide clear coaching and feedback to associates
• Escalate customer and store issues to management
• Prepare beverages and food to BRCC standards
• Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines
• Schedule and cover breaks for floor staff
• Assist General Manager with additional duties as needed

• 3+ years experience in QSR, customer service, retail, or hospitality
• 2+ years of retail supervisory experience preferred
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to lead and motivate a team
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with cash handling and safety and security
• Demonstrated track record of coaching & developing others
• Written & verbal communication competency
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule (early mornings, nights, weekends, holidays)
