Overview As a Recruiter in our in-house corporate team, you drive the full-cycle talent process to support fast-growing legal divisions. You partner with hiring leaders to define needs and craft compelling roles, while actively sourcing and engaging top talent. You own the interview-to-offer cycle and help build strong, trusted relationships with managers. Responsibilities- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing to closing
- Partner with hiring managers to define hiring criteria and create compelling job descriptions
- Proactively source active and passive candidates via referrals, networking, and external recruiters
- Optimize job postings and advertising strategies to attract qualified candidates
- Screen applications and identify top talent for each opportunity
- Coordinate the interview process with managers, directors, and stakeholders
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and act as a trusted recruiting partner
Key requirements- 1+ years of Talent Acquisition or recruiting experience; legal recruiting experience preferred
- Experience managing full-cycle recruiting and proactive sourcing (in-house or agency)
- Proficiency with social media, ATS, and job boards
- Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to learn a business quickly and craft compelling candidate narratives
