Overview In this role you will develop and execute strategic outreach to strengthen Deaconess Health System's physician recruitment pipeline. You will build relationships with residents, fellows, medical students, and program leaders to support workforce planning. You will coordinate GME outreach, residency/fellowship engagement, and ambassador programs while collaborating with recruiters, Marketing, and operations. You will manage CRM data and report on recruitment outcomes to improve long-term physician pipeline strategy. Responsibilities- Develop and maintain relationships with residency and fellowship programs in targeted recruitment markets
- Create annual outreach calendars and strategic engagement plans
- Coordinate onsite visits, career fairs, conferences, and virtual engagements
- Organize resident/fellow recruitment events, dinners, networking, and educational programming
- Maintain a comprehensive CRM database of residency and fellowship contacts
- Identify opportunities to expand Deaconess' presence in Graduate Medical Education
- Develop and sustain long-term relationships with residents, fellows, and prospective candidates
- Coordinate communications campaigns with Sourcing Strategist
- Maintain accurate candidate information and engagement activities in the CRM
- Partner with Physician Recruiters to move qualified prospects to active recruitment
- Monitor pipeline activity and report recruitment progress
- Coordinate and oversee the Physician Recruitment Ambassador Program
- Recruit, onboard, and support employed physician ambassadors
- Prepare recruitment materials, presentations, and talking points for ambassadors
- Track ambassador participation and recruitment outcomes
- Coordinate recruitment marketing initiatives targeting residents and fellows
- Assist with specialty-specific campaigns and outreach strategies
- Coordinate conference exhibits, materials, and branded resources
- Collaborate with Marketing to develop collateral and digital content
- Support employer branding as an employer of choice
- Monitor and report KPIs related to GME outreach and pipeline development
- Maintain records of recruitment activities, contacts, ambassador participation, and conference outcomes
- Analyze recruitment trends and identify improvement opportunities
- Prepare leadership reports and presentations on outreach and outcomes
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum of three years of relevant experience in physician recruitment, healthcare recruitment, Graduate Medical Education, provider relations, healthcare marketing, or related field
