Overview In this Advisory role at KPMG, you will lead SAP S2P and procurement workstreams, aligning pre-sales with delivered outcomes and value propositions. You'll drive end-to-end SAP S/4HANA sourcing and procurement programs, collaborate with SAP industry partners, and guide cross-functional teams through complex design workshops. The position emphasizes AI-enabled procurement and responsible governance, shaping innovative S2P solutions. Responsibilities- Oversee business development for SAP advisory, including proposals, project estimation, and serving as lead S2P solution architect
- Lead pre-sales activities for SAP S/4HANA S2P, SAP Ariba, and next-gen Ariba opportunities with AI-enabled value propositions
- Build and maintain relationships with SAP industry partners and executives
- Lead SAP S2P project teams through full lifecycles delivering integrated procurement solutions
- Design workflows and controls for AI-enabled automation with clear accountability
- Contribute to thought leadership and service offerings on evolving procurement landscapes
- Assist partners with practice administration, resource allocation, budget management, and mentoring
- Apply an AI-first, value-driven mindset while upholding ethical AI principles and governance
Key requirements- Minimum eight years of SAP advisory services experience focusing on S2P, MM, and procurement
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- Experience engaging with senior clients (C-suite) in professional services
- Expertise in SAP S/4HANA S2P, SAP MM, and SAP Ariba (sourcing, contracts, buying, invoicing, Ariba Network)
- Knowledge of SAP Fieldglass, EWM, FI/CO integration, and AI directions across S2P (including Joule) and Ariba
- Hands-on procurement design experience for Direct and Indirect procurement, including MRP integration and catalog/service procurement
- Experience bringing AI-enabled procurement capabilities into production and ability to articulate business outcomes
- Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills; ability to translate system architecture into business value
