Responsibilities- Design long-term product portfolio and roadmaps across antibodies, recombinant proteins, enzymes, bioassays, purification products, and GCT reagents
- Identify technology white spaces and unarticulated customer needs to create a high-margin product menu
- Maintain future roadmaps aligned with global unit growth objectives
- Transform scientific insights into commercial opportunities via workflows, JTBD, and VOC
- Evaluate opportunities considering scientific feasibility, customer value, market potential, IP, and economics
- Conduct Build vs. Buy vs. Partner assessments for strategic planning and reviews
- Collaborate with R&D, Marketing, BD, Commercial, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, QA/RA; present data-driven recommendations to executives
Key requirements- PhD or Master's degree with exceptional industry experience in life sciences
- Experience in protein engineering, antibody engineering, cell & gene therapy reagents, bioassays, or related areas
- Strong ability to synthesize scientific, customer, and business insights into product definitions
- Cross-functional leadership and executive communication capabilities
- Experience with portfolio design, market insight, and strategic planning
