Overview In this role you will lead the design, governance, and continuous improvement of NSF's global benefits programs. You will partner across HR, Finance, Legal, and external vendors to deliver market-competitive, compliant offerings that support employees and financial sustainability. You will balance strategy, operations, and employee experience in a global, matrixed environment. This is a chance to shape Total Rewards and drive impact through scalable programs across regions.
Responsibilities- Lead design, implementation, and management of multi-country benefits programs aligned with Total Rewards philosophy
- Steer benchmarking and market analysis to keep offerings competitive and cost-effective
- Manage global benefits budget, forecasting, and cost trends with senior leadership and Finance
- Oversee governance, compliance, and regulatory monitoring (ERISA, ACA, GDPR, etc.)
- Lead vendor relationships, renewal negotiations, and plan optimization
- Coordinate rollout of new programs, mergers/acquisitions, and program changes
- Provide mentorship and strategic direction to a global benefits team
- Collaborate with HR, Legal, Payroll, and Finance for program administration and communication
Key requirements- 7+ years of progressive benefits experience with global responsibilities
- Experience designing and administering benefits programs across multiple countries
- Strong knowledge of employee benefits regulations and compliance requirements
- Experience managing external vendors, consultants, and broker relationships
- Strong analytical, financial, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
