Overview

In this role you will support high-net-worth clients on trust and estate matters, blending tax strategies with effective estate planning. You work within a Private Client Services team at a prominent AmLaw 100 firm, collaborating to deliver sophisticated solutions. You will draft complex wills and trusts and oversee estate administration from probate through closing. The hybrid schedule and collegial environment enable you to develop expertise while maintaining strong client engagement. Responsibilities
  • Advise high-net-worth clients on trust and estate matters, including estate planning, tax strategies, and administration
  • Draft complex wills and trusts tailored to client needs
  • Manage the administration of estates from probate through final closing, ensuring all tax filings and legal requirements are met
  • Prepare client presentations and conduct tax calculations and analyses
  • Collaborate with a team of attorneys and paralegals to deliver superior client service
Key requirements
  • JD from a top-tier law school
  • Pennsylvania Bar Admission or ability to waive in
  • LL.M. and strong tax background
  • 5+ years of substantive law firm experience in estate and tax planning for high-net-worth individuals
  • Demonstrated drafting and estate administration skills
  • Proficiency in preparing client presentations, tax calculations and analysis, and administering estates from probate through closing
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and manage client contact
  • Supervisory skills to direct paralegals in a collaborative environment
