Overview

In this role you will manage a portfolio of properties for clients, handling lease administration, financial oversight, and property operations. You will lead property staff, ensure compliance with policies and regulations, and maintain strong client and tenant relationships. You'll drive annual budgeting, CAM reconciliations, and oversee construction work to meet client goals. This position offers a hands-on opportunity to shape property performance within a supportive, cross-functional team.

Responsibilities
  • manage lease administration and accurate lease abstraction
  • monitor collections and coordinate default proceedings
  • ensure compliance with PM policies, codes, and directives
  • lead property staff, including hiring and performance management
  • develop annual property inspection programs and conduct inspections
  • prepare and track operating and capital budgets; oversee CAM reconciliations
  • bid, negotiate, and manage vendor contracts per requirements
  • interface with owners and accounting for contract compliance and reporting
  • oversee tenant/building construction work for timely completion
  • participate in leasing and client meetings; facilitate cross-team communication
  • build positive relationships with tenants, external clients, and internal teams
Key requirements
  • 3+ years of real estate property management experience
  • CPM, RPA, or CSM designation or in process
  • real estate license
  • strong finance and building operations knowledge
  • ability to analyze, prioritize, and delegate
  • experience managing a team of professionals and vendors
  • advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • experience negotiating commercial leases or contracts
  • ability to travel between properties
  • communication proficiency (oral and written)
  • problem solving/analysis
