Overview In this role you apply advanced analytics to heterogeneous healthcare data to uncover patterns that improve patient outcomes. You collaborate with clinicians, informaticians, and partners to deploy AI and analytic solutions at the point of care. You build and evaluate multimodal and foundation-model based approaches to tackle healthcare challenges. You lead data analysis, model development, and reporting, driving data-informed decisions across departments.

Responsibilities- Apply analytics to structured, unstructured, and multimodal healthcare data to extract insights
- Develop predictive, prescriptive, generative, and multimodal models for complex healthcare problems
- Collaborate with staff to build data analysis tools and predictive models using AI/ML techniques
- Participate in discovery with stakeholders to define business requirements and outcomes
- Support prompting, evaluation, and safe use of LLMs and foundation models in healthcare apps
- Lead interpretation of analysis and communicate results in reports
Key requirements- Strong expertise in AI/ML, deep learning, multimodal model development, and statistical data processing
- Experience building predictive models on large-scale datasets using ML and data mining
- Ability to provide consultative services to departments and committees
- Proven leadership, communication, and project management skills
- Experience with data management, scientific computing, and healthcare data modalities
