Overview

As an HR People Experience Partner, you will anchor local delivery of JLL's global HR strategy and enhance moments that matter across the employee lifecycle. You'll partner with Business & HR leaders to boost employee experience, foster belonging, and drive HR service delivery improvements. You'll lead or participate in targeted projects, coach managers, and build trusted relationships with local teams to enable business priorities. This role offers the chance to shape people-centric outcomes in a global real estate organization.

Responsibilities
  • Act as local delivery expert for global HR strategy, ensuring local policies align with the strategy
  • Proactively identify opportunities and design sustainable, root-cause solutions
  • Enable an exceptional employee experience through onboarding, performance reviews, promotions, etc.
  • Promote inclusion and employee belonging across the organization
  • Lead or participate in just-in-time projects that impact business results
  • Manage employee relations and performance management in partnership with Employee Relations
  • Provide coaching, training and advisory support to business stakeholders
  • Support transitions and expansion of new business with focus on employee experience
  • Build trust-based relationships with local employees and People Partners
  • Improve HR task execution through efficient life-cycle processes and cross-stakeholder hand-offs
Key requirements
  • Minimum 3 years in an HR partner role
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources preferred
  • Leadership and people management capabilities
  • Skilled facilitator for local and regional events and programs
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Ability to adapt communication style for diverse stakeholders
  • Passion for working with people from diverse backgrounds
