Overview In this role you will lead regional landlord payment operations within American Tower's Property Management organization, ensuring accurate, timely execution and alignment with global standards. You'll drive process discipline, data quality, and issue resolution while supporting the Salesforce transition and cross-functional collaboration with Finance, GBS, and Real Estate Management. You'll manage a team to deliver landlord payment activities, inquiries, data management, and vendor-supported workflows, fostering consistent practices across markets. This is an impact role focused on scalable, compliant operations that support a connected, landlord-centric service model.

Responsibilities- Oversee daily landlord payment processes across the assigned region for accuracy and timeliness
- Manage landlord-related issue resolution including discrepancies and inquiries
- Maintain and improve regional process documentation aligned with global standards
- Support migration of workflows to Salesforce, including data cleanup and process mapping
- Monitor regional KPIs, turnaround times, payment accuracy, and issue resolution rates
- Standardize workflows across markets to close gaps and reinforce policies
- Collaborate with GBS, regional Finance, and Property Management teams for issue resolution
- Lead talent management, including selection, performance, and workforce planning within headcount
- Support audits, reconciliations, and quality reviews to ensure internal controls
Key requirements- 8+ years of property management operations, landlord inquiry support, or related experience in telecom, REIT, or infrastructure industries
- At least 3 years in a people management role
- Strong understanding of landlord-facing property management processes (rent, payments, inquiries, lease administration, reconciliations)
- Experience managing regional or multi-country operations
- Working knowledge of ERP or workflow systems; Salesforce experience strongly preferred
- Proven ability to document processes, drive improvements, and implement standardized practices
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data issue identification skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present ideas clearly
- Approximately 15% travel; fluency in English; multilingual preferred
- Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and lead through influence
