Sr. Contracts Capability Architect

In this role, you will design and execute a strategy to simplify contractual offerings into modular, scalable solutions that support diverse customer needs. You will partner with global teams to deliver a unified contracts experience across the lifecycle, improving how we quote, deliver, and renew services. You will influence new service introductions and continuous improvement to align with the contracts simplification strategy and ARR goals. This position offers a global, cross-functional impact and the opportunity to shape how Rockwell's services enable growth and customer value.

• Develop strategy and roadmap to simplify contractual offerings for modular, scalable delivery across regions and delivery teams
• Collaborate with LCS PRS, LCS Regional, LCS C&I, Global Customer Success, and Segment Operations to meet contractual objectives and align funding/resources with ARR goals
• Translate offering execution requirements into concrete business system requirements
• Influence new service introductions and continuous improvement projects to align with the contracts strategy
• Achieve LCS contractual goals including ARR metrics and profitability growth

• Bachelor's Degree in Relevant Field
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship)
• Ability to travel 15% of the time
• 8+ years in services environment with focus on contractual D2R strategy and execution (preferred)
• Awareness of Terms and Conditions, SOW, Partnership Agreements and Pricing processes
