Responsibilities- Advise executive leadership on organizational design, talent strategy, succession, and performance enablement to support long-term goals
- Lead HR strategy for large, complex business areas to enable speed, innovation, and global scale
- Translate business and scientific priorities into future-ready people strategies and capability requirements
- Champion work reinvention through AI, automation, and new ways of working
- Drive enterprise-wide transformation aligning structure, talent, and ways of working
- Use data, analytics, and AI-driven insights for workforce planning and investments in talent
- Partner with leaders to embed digital and AI capabilities including reskilling and evolving role design
- Leverage people analytics and intelligent tools to inform decisions and measure impact
- Collaborate across HR to deliver scalable solutions for a global organization
- Represent HR in executive forums shaping talent, culture, and the future of work
- Evolve the HRBP model to be more integrated, tech-enabled, and impact-driven
- Explore and adopt emerging technologies, including AI, to boost productivity and employee experience
- Lead and develop a high-performing HRBP team to deliver enterprise priorities and measurable impact
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 15+ years of relevant experience, including at least 5 in HR leadership
- Proven experience advising executive leaders in complex, global organizations
- Deep expertise in organizational design, talent strategy, succession planning, and performance enablement
- Experience leading enterprise transformation initiatives and workforce shifts
- Experience managing, coaching, and developing direct reports
- Experience navigating matrixed environments and influencing across regions and senior stakeholders
