Overview In this role you will support the EPC Project Manager to oversee day-to-day construction from pre-construction through warranty. You will drive safety, quality, schedule, cost control, and contract administration across one or more projects. You will partner with client teams, subcontractors, and internal staff to execute plans, manage risks, and deliver objectives. This position offers hands-on leadership in planning, staffing, and reporting, with a focus on safe, on-time, and within-budget project delivery. You will work within a collaborative, safety driven environment to shape successful project outcomes.
Responsibilities- Oversee day-to-day construction activities and ensure successful project execution
- Develop and implement project plans including safety, quality, cost, and staffing plans
- Negotiate contracts and change orders; manage subcontracts and procurement
- Coordinate with client, suppliers, and internal teams; manage risk reviews and reporting
- Administer project documentation, reporting, and risk management processes
- Lead commissioning, startup activities, and project closeout documentation
- Mentor staff, manage staffing, and ensure training and performance feedback
- Monitor permits, insurance, bonding, and regulatory compliance
- Control project cost, schedule, and earned value; manage RFI, submittals, and changes
- Provide governance on invoicing, cash flow, and financial audits
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in Construction, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- 7 years of relevant project management experience in construction
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with scheduling, document control, and project management software
- Strong written and verbal communication; excellent organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects; fast-paced, detail-oriented mindset
- Experience in aviation, commercial, energy, government, manufacturing, oil & gas, process, transportation, or water sectors preferred
