Principal Architect

As Principal AI Driven SDLC Coach, you act as the senior technical authority for AI-powered SDLC governance and coaching. You design robust guardrails and deliver hands-on enablement across all SDLC phases to standardize secure, production-grade AI workflows. You mentor engineers to harness AI while preserving quality, security, and stability, mitigating risks like hallucinations and technical debt. This role centers on shaping scalable, compliant AI-enabled processes in collaboration with cross-functional teams. You will lead with impact, driving secure, efficient software delivery at scale.

• Provide end-to-end AI-driven SDLC coaching and hands-on enablement
• Conduct security analysis and threat modeling for AI-enabled workflows
• Coach and implement code review governance, including human-in-the-loop auditing of AI-generated code
• Lead AI-assisted unit and integration testing, including test case generation and regression strategies
• Guide CI/CD pipeline integration of AI tools with gates, tooling, and deployment approvals
• Architect and maintain enterprise-grade AI SDLC harnesses and tooling with mandatory validation and human review gates
• Enforce security, privacy, and compliance checks (OWASP, data leakage risk) at design and implementation stages
• Establish guardrails to block unvetted AI outputs and ensure quality across all SDLC checkpoints

• Software engineering experience with hands-on SDLC delivery
• Proven expertise in requirements gathering, security design, implementation planning
• Experience in formal code review, manual/automated testing, and technical writing
