Responsibilities- Conduct legal research and produce detailed analyses
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and related filings
- Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials
- Interview clients, witnesses, and other parties as needed
- Provide comprehensive status and strategy reports to clients
- Maintain direct communication with clients and insurers
- Assist in case development, strategy, and trial preparation
- Collaborate with partners and teammates to advance case objectives
Key requirements- 3+ years of substantive litigation experience
- Active Florida Bar in good standing
- Experience handling general liability, premises liability, or complex tort matters
- Exposure to product liability defense preferred
- Strong legal research, drafting, and writing skills
- Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-moving environment
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills
