Overview In this role you will be a senior member of the Digital Infrastructure Legal team, providing strategic legal guidance to revenue, product, and marketing functions. You will negotiate leases and revenue-generating agreements while ensuring regulatory compliance and risk management across global operations. You'll draft and review commercial agreements, support corporate governance, and lead training and playbook development to enable scalable, compliant growth in a fast-paced environment. This is a front-line, cross-functional role that partners with senior leadership to shape the company's digital infrastructure initiatives.

Responsibilities- Provide expert legal guidance to revenue, product, and marketing teams on contract negotiations, lease agreements, IP rights, advertising regulations, and data privacy.
- Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements including sales contracts, licenses, SLAs, partnerships, and leases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement legal strategies that align with business objectives and minimize risk.
- Conduct legal research on laws and industry standards to stay current with changes impacting operations.
- Advise on product development and marketing initiatives.
- Manage and oversee litigation related to sales, product, marketing and real estate activities.
- Develop and implement corporate policies for sales, product, and marketing to promote compliance and risk management.
- Create training programs for internal stakeholders on relevant legal issues.
- Engage and manage external counsel and consultants to ensure cost-effective, consistent legal approaches.
- Support governance and compliance programs to uphold integrity and reputation.
- Advise on legal and structural considerations for asset managers and alternative investment platforms, including fund structures and partnerships.
- Partner with senior stakeholders on new geographies and initiatives.
- Drive best practices by developing scalable processes, playbooks, and precedent documents to support the Digital Infrastructure pipeline.
