Overview In this role you join an established California insurance defense firm to manage a caseload and grow with a tight-knit team. You will begin with project-based work, then handle 10-20 cases with increasing autonomy, handling discovery, motions, and research while developing court appearances and depositions. Responsibilities- Start with project-based work and ramp to 10-20 active cases
- Handle personal injury defense (auto & premises), employment, and construction matters
- Perform discovery, legal research, and law & motion
- Appear in court, take depositions, and manage caseload with increasing autonomy
- Initially onsite for first three months, with hybrid options thereafter
