Overview In this role you will lead plaintiff-side employment litigation, handling a selective caseload from intake through trial within a collaborative boutique firm. You'll partner with clients to shape case strategy, manage diverse single-plaintiff matters, and drive meaningful outcomes. The position offers hands-on ownership, mentorship, and impact in a mission-driven, advocacy-focused culture. You will work closely with a small team to deliver high-quality advocacy and growth opportunities in a respected San Diego practice.

Responsibilities- Independently manage a diverse portfolio of single-plaintiff cases from intake through trial
- Handle discrimination, retaliation, harassment, and related employment matters
- Draft complaints, dispositive motions, discovery motions, mediation briefs, arbitration briefs, trial briefs, and MSJs
- Take and defend depositions
- Propound and respond to written discovery
- Partner with clients to prepare for mediation, develop case strategy, and provide updates
- Prepare for and participate in trials
