Overview In this role you support the Property Manager to handle daily condominium administration for a senior living community. You'll be the point of contact for residents, coordinate with committees, and maintain accurate building records. You'll also contribute to communications like monthly calendars and newsletters. This is a full-time, day-shift role with on-call coverage and a focus on service, organization, and cross-team collaboration within the senior living community.

Responsibilities- Support daily administration of the Condominium under the Property Manager
- Serve as contact for residents
- Coordinate with committees on current projects
- Maintain documentation for residents, committees, and building files
- Develop monthly calendar and prepare newsletter articles and flyers
- Perform other duties as needed for the property
Key requirements- One to three years of property management experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Publisher, Word, e-mail, and office equipment
