Overview In this role you engage with customers in Senior Living communities to define mechanical project needs, propose tailored solutions, and coordinate third-party service providers. You'll drive strategic solutions, conduct technical reviews, and support sales to ensure an outstanding customer experience on complex projects. You work with cross-functional teams to align SP management and delivery, thriving in a fast-changing environment. Responsibilities- Understand customer needs to define or confirm scope of work and propose tailored solutions
- Coordinate with third-party service providers to translate requirements and verify completion
- Collaborate with internal Project Associates to ensure SP bids include complete scopes and pricing
- Develop and present customer proposals with technical support as needed
- Troubleshoot fulfillment issues and drive SP performance through clear expectations and contracts
- Serve as a technical expert to support sales, customer service, and supply chain resources
- Respond to inquiries via phone, apps, and email
- Lead process improvements, train new team members, and mentor colleagues
- Manage complex, high-stakes projects, overseeing strategies, negotiations, and risk mitigation
- Participate in additional projects to drive team and operational success
Key requirements- 15+ years of applicable trade industry experience
- Experience with HVAC systems maintenance and installation; kitchen equipment maintenance and installation; experience with plumbing and electrical systems preferred
- Ability to travel
- Associate Degree or equivalent apprenticeship
- Bachelor's degree (additional item of interest)
- Experience providing customer service, dispatch, quoting, or project management in related exterior building maintenance spend categories (beneficial)
