Overview In this role you lead healthcare construction projects, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and quality. You will liaise with the project team and clients to represent business interests and drive project success. You manage budgets, scheduling, and quality control while guiding the project through closeout. You work with cross-functional teams and uphold safety standards to deliver exceptional client experiences. Responsibilities- Maintain safety standards and required documentation
- Create and manage project budget for all assigned projects
- Develop and collaborate on pre-construction RFP package
- Run project meetings, set milestones and produce owner reports
- Establish job processes (RFIs, submittals, pay applications) and approve changes
- Schedule projects, ensure quality control and logistics
- Oversee closeout process
- Engage with clients to discuss needs and services
- Supervise assistant operations support roles
- Collaborate with superintendent and site operations team
Key requirements- 5+ years' experience in commercial construction
- Degree in construction, engineering, or business preferred; in lieu of degree, relevant experience
- Experience as project manager handling multiple projects
- Mastery of reading construction drawings
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, ProCore, Adobe, BlueBeam, JD Edwards
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and professional presentation
- Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines
