Overview In this role you lead architectural coordination for industrial projects, applying design techniques to construction documents and guiding teams through the architectural process. You work with owners and project stakeholders to select procedures, write specifications, and review codes. You'll support Project Architects and other coordinators across all project phases, contributing to the firm's impact-driven culture. Responsibilities- Evaluate and apply architectural techniques to construction documents independently
- Perform architectural tasks with minimal instruction from Project Architect/Project Manager
- Collaborate with owners/clients to select procedures
- Write architectural specifications and conduct code reviews
- Assist Project Architects, coordinators, or technicians and lead work across all design phases
- Handle additional duties as required
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in Architecture
- Minimum 5 years of professional or internship experience in details, specifications, and construction documents
- Credentials to obtain future registration
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project)
- Strong leadership, communication, and relationship management skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
