Responsibilities- Administer projects with focus on budget, schedule, and quality
- Oversee design and construction support activities
- Coordinate design reviews and ensure timely responses and closures
- Produce weekly project status reports and dashboards
- Utilize Unifier, BIM, Primavera P6, Sharepoint for project management
- Coordinate activities with airport tenants, airlines, and agencies
- Resolve issues proactively to avoid delays and minimize risk
- Assist in RFQ/RFP development and procurement support
- Lead or approve design/construction phase service negotiations and change orders
- Collaborate with Construction Manager to align with DFW goals and objectives
Key requirements- BA/BS + 10 years of relevant experience or equivalent
- 2 years of leadership experience
- Valid Class C driver's license; ability to obtain DFW AOA movement area certification
- SIDA-cleared badge at DFW preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with alternative delivery methods (CGMP) preferred
- Civil PE license preferred but not required
- Ability to obtain necessary clearances for aviation environment
