Personal Injury Attorney-Pre-Litigation

In this role you will represent clients in personal injury matters with a focus on pre-litigation. You'll manage a busy caseload, coordinate with medical professionals, and guide clients through settlements and pre-litigation steps. • Manage a busy personal injury caseload from start to resolution
• Prepare and assess demand packages for settlements
• Negotiate settlements with insurers and opposing parties
• Keep clients informed and provide guidance throughout the case
• Coordinate with medical professionals, case managers, and negotiators
• Document case details in the firm's CRM (Litify)

• Active California Bar membership
• 4+ years of experience in personal injury law with emphasis on pre-litigation
• Fluency in Spanish and English
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle a large caseload independently
• Excellent negotiation and client communication abilities
• Familiarity with California personal injury legislation
• Experience with Litify or other CRMs is preferred
