Overview As a Bridges & Structures Project Manager, you lead high impact bridge projects across New York, guiding them from pursuit through construction. You'll work within the Bridges & Structures team in the Infrastructure division, collaborating with cross functional experts to deliver on time, within budget, and to client expectations. You drive business development and mentor staff, shaping project outcomes and client relationships. This role offers the chance to influence major highway, pedestrian, and rail structures in a growth mfocused firm.

Responsibilities- Ensure the success of bridge projects under management
- Oversee full project lifecycle: identification, pursuit, contracting, design development, and construction phase support
- Lead business development: client marketing, proposals, and networking events
- Provide leadership and mentoring to structural staff
- Plan, organize, and supervise project staff workload
- Monitor costs to meet schedule, budget, and quality targets
- Collaborate with multi disciplinary teams and other offices
Key requirements- 10+ years of bridge design/management experience
- PE licensed in NY (or via reciprocity)
- Bachelor in Civil/Structural Engineering; Master's preferred
- Established network with NYSDOT, NYS Thruway Authority, Municipal clients and contractors
- Understanding of AASHTO Bridge Design Specifications and Federal Aid delivery
- Ability to lead projects to meet schedule, budget, and quality
- Experience with construction engineering, AREMA-based rail design, and/or design-build procurement a plus
- Ability to pursue and win work
