Overview In this role you drive strategic CRE initiatives and business transformations, partnering with CRE leaders to deliver technology-enabled improvements. You will manage complex, cross-functional projects from planning through implementation, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs. You act as a liaison between CRE, technology teams, and support partners, influencing without authority to deliver on-time outcomes. Your work scales operations, enhances client and employee experiences, and supports digital transformation within CRE.

Responsibilities- Identify, design, implement, and evaluate strategic CRE projects tied to business and technology
Key requirements- 10+ years of project management experience
- Strong knowledge of Commercial Real Estate, Commercial Banking, or financial services
- Experience leading technology implementations and system enhancements
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced project management knowledge and tools
- Experience with Salesforce, nCino, or similar platforms
