Responsibilities- Build world-class SLS materials from lab exploration to validation and commercialization
- Lead research to push material performance boundaries and translate findings into next-gen solutions
- Collaborate with product, hardware, and software teams to iterate material performance based on customer feedback
- Develop methodologies to evaluate material formulations with SLS print systems, balancing chemistry, thermal dynamics, and printing parameters
Key requirements- Experience bringing a new material to market from ideation to production
- Solid foundation in materials science and polymer product development
