Overview In this role you lead the Workforce Staffing team to deliver a strong candidate experience and achieve business goals across multiple sites. You manage a high-performing group of Staffing Administrators and seasonal staff, coordinating schedules and driving improvements in hiring workflows. You partner with internal and external stakeholders to sustain scalable, data-driven staffing for defined geographies. The position blends frontline leadership with process optimization in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day operations to support candidate experience and align with business goals
- Lead and develop a team of administrators with performance coaching
- Assist with interviewing and onboarding of new administrators
- Coordinate team schedules and allocate duties based on needs
- Improve hiring workflow through system recommendations and changes
- Build and maintain partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
- Analyze KPIs and translate data into actionable solutions
- Lead change initiatives and scale projects to larger scope
- Forecast labor demand and create scalable staffing strategies
Key requirements- 2+ years of experience leading a team with experience in hiring and developing talent
- Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years of Amazon experience
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
