Overview As Building Envelope Manager you will defend and grow market share for DensDeck and related commercial building products in the mid-Atlantic region. You'll work with architects, consultants, and owners to shape design decisions, while collaborating with Marketing, Technical, and Sales teams to deliver value. The role offers autonomy, visibility to senior leadership, and growth opportunities within a national team. You'll drive strategy, market presence, and technical support for Roof and Wall systems that solve real construction challenges.

Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to grow and defend market share
- Identify project opportunities via databases
- Establish market presence through industry associations and local relationships
- Collaborate in the sales process from product selection through installation
- Utilize Salesforce CRM as a business collaboration and communication tool
- Serve as a technical product resource for commercial roof and wall products
- Provide sales forecasts considering trends, competition, and market conditions
Key requirements- Three (3) or more years of technical sales experience
- Experience presenting technical presentations
- Willing and able to travel up to 50% of the time
- Valid US Driver's license and good driving record
- Resident or willing to relocate to the mid-Atlantic area (preferable Virginia, Maryland or Pennsylvania)
