Overview In this role you will lead the technical design and integration of OneStream applications to support finance transformation initiatives for public sector clients. You will translate requirements into scalable solutions, mentor developers, and resolve complex technical challenges to ensure successful deployments. You'll work within the GPS practice and cross-functionally to deliver data-driven insights and analytics that drive strategic value. This is a client-facing, team-led leadership role with a focus on performance, quality, and impactful outcomes.
Responsibilities- Lead the technical design of OneStream applications, including architecture, extensibility, customization, and integration components
- Translate business and functional requirements into scalable technical solutions aligned to client and program objectives
- Define and oversee complex integration approaches between OneStream and upstream or downstream enterprise systems
- Mentor developers, review technical deliverables, and provide direction on development standards and solution design
- Resolve escalated technical issues across design, build, testing, deployment, and post-deployment activities
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree
- OneStream Architect Certification Required
- 7+ years of experience designing, building, and deploying OneStream applications
- 7+ years of experience developing OneStream extensibility, customization, and integration solutions
- 7+ years of experience leading technical design activities for enterprise application implementations
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Ability to travel 0-25%
