- Advise on org design, workforce planning, performance, change management, and employee relations (ER)
- Coach and influence leaders to build high-performing teams and navigate difficult decisions
- Turn business needs and insights into practical HR solutions and actions that drive impact
- Communicate complex issues and recommendations clearly to enable informed decisions
Key requirements- 7+ years of progressive HR experience including experience as an HR/PBP supporting business leaders
- Strong judgment and ability to independently manage day-to-day people and organizational challenges
- Skilled coach and business partner who can build credibility, influence leaders, and navigate challenging conversations
- Strong ownership and execution with ability to turn ambiguous needs into practical solutions and drive work to completion
