Overview In this role, you act as the in-market real estate expert and primary partner contact for San Francisco and the Bay Area, driving growth and ensuring compliant operations. You will maintain an active on-site presence, support top-producing agents, and collaborate with GTM and Sales to activate local markets. You'll lead by example in broker engagement, training, and industry involvement, shaping Side's reputation and partner experience. This position offers meaningful impact through regulatory leadership, market growth, and cross-functional partnership with sales and operations.

Responsibilities- Serve as the in-market real estate expert and primary partner contact for San Francisco and the Bay Area with strong in-person engagement
- Maintain on-site presence through partner meetings, brand trainings, workshops, and local events
- Provide timely partner support via email, phone, text, and virtual sessions
- Collaborate with GTM and Sales to drive market growth through activations and introductions of qualified partners
- Represent Side at industry events, broker tours, panels, and community gatherings to strengthen brand
- Build and maintain relationships with top agents, teams, and brokerages across Northern California
- Stay current on DRE regulations, SFAR forms, real estate law, and local housing ordinances; communicate updates clearly
- Ensure MLS and Realtor Association membership and compliance across active markets
- Act as first contact for legal and ethical questions with under-12-hour response time
- Serve as cross-functional liaison to resolve agent concerns on compliance, transactions, and industry requirements
- Maintain an active leadership presence in local, state, or national real estate associations
Key requirements- Based in the SF Bay Area with active local presence
- Deep expertise in SFAR forms, SF Bay Area transaction practices, and local market dynamics
- 10+ years real estate experience with significant Bay Area exposure
- 5+ years in a Managing Broker or in-market leadership role
- Strong legal, compliance, and risk mindset with up-to-date regulatory knowledge
- Proven ability to support agents through complex transactions with high-service standards
