Overview In this role you will support analytical testing and method validation at Eurofins' Sanford, NC site. You will act as a technical resource, trainer, and troubleshooter to ensure quality and compliance in GMP environments. You will collaborate across teams to optimize workflows, transfer methods, and analyze data using HPLC, CE, and ELISA. Your work helps ensure safe, authentic products and supports process improvements. This is a hands-on opportunity to shape laboratory operations and develop junior staff within a leading life sciences network.

Responsibilities- Collaborate with internal and external partners to execute method qualification, validation protocols, and transfer documentation.
- Perform data analysis, protocol/report generation, and troubleshooting analytical techniques such as HPLC, CE, and ELISA.
- Act as a technical resource, trainer, and troubleshooter for the department
- Make recommendations for operational and/or technical improvements
- Communicate effectively within the group
- Coach and develop direct reports
- Plan and monitor workflows
- Monitor and approve employees' time worked through time-entry system
- Support and promote company policies and procedures
Key requirements- BS in Chemistry or similar field with a minimum of 4 years of experience working in a laboratory environment
- Experience working with proteins or carbohydrates
- Experience working in a Good Manufacturing Practices (also cGMP) environment
- Experience working with analytical standards, reagents, and laboratory instruments
- Strong pipetting skills
- HPLC and Empower 3 Experience
- Familiarity with USP, EU guidelines
- Previous leadership experience preferred
