Overview In this on-site role in San Francisco, you will manage all aspects of a commercial building, aligning operations, finances, and tenant relations with client goals. You'll lead lease administration and vendor contracts, oversee inspections, and coordinate capital projects with ownership. You help protect value through budgets, CAM reconciliations, and compliant operations, while delivering legendary customer service to tenants, owners, and partners. Responsibilities- Represent TW in accordance with the management agreement
- Manage lease administration and ensure accurate reporting
- Ensure compliance with policies, codes, regulations, and directives
- Provide leadership and performance management for property staff
- Develop and execute annual inspection plans and asset-specific requirements
- Create operating and capital budgets, monitor variances, and oversee CAM reconciliations
- Bid, negotiate, and manage vendor contracts per procurement requirements
- Coordinate with owners and accounting to ensure contract compliance and timely reporting
- Oversee tenant and building construction activities and coordinate with client goals
- Support leasing and client team meetings; facilitate cross-team communication
- Foster positive relationships with tenants, clients, and internal teams
- Communicate authority of the property manager per legal agreements and TW policies
- Coordinate training and development for team members
- Perform additional duties as assigned by Senior Leadership and Ownership
Key requirements- A bachelor's degree in Business Management, Finance, Accounting, or related discipline
- State Real Estate license required
- CPM and/or RPA designations or in progress
- Minimum 5 years of property management experience, preferably in commercial management
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency
- Microsoft Outlook, Angus, Accounting Software such as MRI, Yardi or CTI proficiency preferred
- Strong understanding of financial reports, including budget variance analysis
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
