Overview As Senior Recruiting Manager, Deployments Mission Readiness, you will lead and scale Anduril's talent function to support rapid deployment across hardware, production, and manufacturing engineering. You'll manage a recruiters team, partner with senior stakeholders, and drive full-cycle hiring and talent mapping. You will shape sourcing strategies, optimize interview-to-offer conversion, and ensure a top-tier candidate experience. This role combines strategic vision with hands-on execution to build a world-class team aligned with our mission. Responsibilities- Manage a team of recruiters to support scaling deployment needs
- Own and drive full-cycle hiring strategy with clear communication and reporting
- Act as SME in prospecting techniques, data extraction, web-scraping, process improvement, and automation
- Conduct high-volume interviews to influence hiring manager preferences and offers
- Source passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean strings, referrals, and SOBO campaigns
- Build talent maps to generate market insights for engagement strategy
- Drive diverse talent pipelines and maintain a positive candidate experience
- Represent the brand and recruiting team internally and externally at high caliber
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to sell our value proposition and shape hiring practices
Key requirements- 10+ years of high-volume talent acquisition experience
- 8+ years with senior leaders and stakeholders, reporting on progress and advising on talent strategy
- 5+ years mentoring or managing recruiters focused on timely pipelines
- Experience recruiting at an agency and fast-paced startup for Hardware, Production, or Manufacturing Engineering
