Overview

As HR Business Partner for US Commercial, you will design and deliver the HR strategy for aligned business areas and partner with leadership to drive people plans. You'll apply data and AI-enabled insights to influence decisions, accelerate change, and improve outcomes across Engagement, Capability and Performance. You will lead complex change programs, coach senior leaders, and ensure workforce planning and talent management align with business priorities. This role offers meaningful impact at scale within a global biopharma context.

Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver the HR strategy for aligned business areas and partner with senior leadership
  • Use HR systems and AI-enabled insights to diagnose challenges, influence decisions, and measure impact
  • Lead and manage diverse change projects including workforce restructuring
  • Champion leadership through change and coach leaders on engagement, culture and inclusion
  • Apply business acumen to prioritize HR initiatives by strategic impact, cost and risk
  • Partner on organizational design, analytics, and capability building to improve effectiveness
  • Support succession planning, talent management and performance processes
  • Govern HR activities, manage risk, and collaborate with labor relations where needed
  • Drive reward and retention strategies in line with performance culture
  • Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to deliver business priorities
Key requirements
  • University degree in HR, Business or related field
  • 7+ years of HR Business Partnering experience
  • Experience delivering interventions across leadership development, talent management, coaching, and performance management
  • Proven ability to leverage data and analytics to inform actions
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Decision making with flexible thinking and risk assessment
  • Project management experience and continuous improvement mindset
  • Experience in a highly matrixed organization with complex stakeholder networks
  • Learning agility and ability to handle complexity in a fast-paced environment
