Associate Attorney - Plaintiff Litigation

Established Santa Monica law firm seeks an Associate Attorney with 2-4+ years of plaintiff-side experience. You will work onsite alongside senior, nationally recognized attorneys on depositions, law and motion, and trial work across a range of plaintiff matters. • salary range $180,000-$240,000+

• Handle all litigation stages from pre-filing investigation to post-trial when needed
• Draft complaints and manage law and motion practice
• Conduct and defend depositions
• Coordinate with expert witnesses for trial preparation
• Serve as first- or second-chair on bench and jury trials
• Assist with appellate matters as needed

• 2-4+ years of Plaintiff litigation experience
• Strong writing and analytical skills
• Experience with depositions and in-court appearances
• Federal clerkship is a plus but not required
