HC and Insurance Operations Analyst

In this role you support SOP development and the optimization of work assignments, project management, and output quality. You ensure transactions are processed accurately and on time to meet client SLAs, and you help resolve issues with nonstandard pending items. You will conduct quality audits on accounts and contribute to process improvements in a healthcare and insurance context. This position sits within Claims Adjudication & Case Management, offering the chance to impact how work flows and is delivered across the team.

• Assist in preparing SOPs for new processes
• Apply best-practice approaches to work assignments, project management, and quality of output
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of transactions to meet SLAs
• Identify and resolve issues around nonstandard pending transactions
• Perform quality audits on accounts
