Overview In this role you will lead and support commissioning, startup, testing, and turnover activities for analyzer systems in a large LNG facility project. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure analyzer readiness, integration with control systems, and reliable startup operations. You will troubleshoot issues, drive quality in data and documentation, and support safe, efficient project handover. This is a field-facing role at a major energy project with significant impact on startup success.
Compensation / Benefits Responsibilities- Lead commissioning and startup activities for online analyzers and sample conditioning systems
- Develop analyzer commissioning plans, work packages, and SAT procedures; manage functional testing and turnover
- Verify readiness before process introduction, cooldown, first gas, performance testing, and handover
- Coordinate preservation, power needs, shelter readiness, utilities, calibration gas, and field access
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree or international equivalent and 5-8 years of relevant experience (or 9-12 years)
- Extensive experience in process analyzer installation, commissioning, startup, troubleshooting, or maintenance
- Experience in LNG, petrochemical, refinery, gas processing, or chemical plant environments
- Knowledge of analyzer technologies, gas measurement, natural gas chemistry, process sampling systems, and analyzer package integration
- Ability to interpret vendor manuals and project drawings; work safely in field conditions under startup conditions
