Overview As Senior Property Manager, you will lead property management for a significant portfolio and serve as the main contact for third party owners. Responsibilities- Direct and coordinate property management operations
- Lead policy development and strategy for property management
- Provide direction and career development for Property Management staff
- Track budget variances and oversee cash flow and billing processes
- Prepare reports, budgets, and owner communications
- Support collection of management fees and reimbursements
- Manage interface with third party owners for contract compliance and reporting
- Resolve tenant relations issues and conduct regular property inspections
- Oversee construction projects with the Construction Manager and approve contracts/invoices
- Ensure compliance with policies, codes, regulations, and directives
Key requirements- 5+ years of real estate property management or related experience
- CPM, RPA, or CSM designation (optional)
- Real estate license (required)
- Strong knowledge of finance and building operations
- Proven experience in managing and developing teams
- Experience negotiating commercial lease and/or contract language
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
