Overview Senior Construction Project Manager to oversee public sector projects in Tri Cities, WA. You will monitor progress, manage budgets, schedules, and documentation to ensure delivery aligns with drawings, specs, and compliance. You will partner with clients and internal teams to assess risk, approve disbursements, and drive project outcomes. Responsibilities- Conduct periodic site visits to monitor construction progress
- Review status of work and ensure workmanlike execution per drawings and specifications
- Audit contractor costs, budgets, subcontracts, and change orders
- Evaluate liens, warranties, and documentation from developers and contractors
- Prepare status reports and recommend release of funds
- Assess completeness and compliance of contract drawings and specs
- Analyze Developer cost budget and assist with quantity take-offs with Cost Advisory
- Review project documentation, agreements, and qualification statements
- Comment on construction and disbursement schedules and permits/approvals
- Prepare Construction Risk Assessment Reports and support related duties
Key requirements- Experience managing construction projects in Eastern Oregon & Washington
- PMiS experience
- Project budgeting, scheduling, reporting and leadership
- OSHA 10 hour minimum
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to read architectural drawings
- Knowledge of MS Project, leases, contracts, and construction practices
- Familiarity with entitlement/permitting process and delivery methods
