Overview In this tenure track role, you will contribute to the Management Sciences Department as a professor for undergraduate and possibly graduate courses in organizational behavior and related management topics. You will pursue scholarly work to maintain SA status and align with AACSB standards while mentoring students and supporting service commitments. The position sits within a faith mounded college that emphasizes teaching, research, and impact through student development. You will engage in cross functional collaboration to advance both theory and practice and contribute to the college's societal impact programs.
Responsibilities- Teach undergraduate courses in organizational behavior and other management subjects
- Pursue peer reviewed research and present findings to maintain Scholarly Academic status
- Mentor students and participate in departmental, college, and university service
- Contribute to AACSB aligned teaching, scholarship, and professional development
- Collaborate with colleagues to support online and residential programs in business
Key requirements- Earned PhD or DBA (completed or near completion) in business management or related field
- Strong research and/or professional experience in relevant area
- Proven or promising college/university teaching experience
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and teaching focused Scholarship Academic status
- Willingness to support ACU's Christian mission as a professing Christian
