Overview In this role you drive safe, on-schedule construction for critical facilities, leading site operations and ensuring QA/QC adherence. You'll develop comprehensive scopes, manage subcontractor work, and coordinate planning, budgeting, and field execution. You collaborate with clients and stakeholders to enable modular construction and ensure clear documentation and compliance. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on delivering trustworthy, high-quality infrastructure solutions.
Responsibilities- Develop comprehensive scope matrix including site logistics and initial work packages
- Analyze subcontractor quotes to ensure scope coverage and resolve ambiguities
- Administer site surveys and oversee scheduling and field commissioning activities
- Engage with clients to gain buy-in for modular construction and manage QA/QC plans
- Utilize InfraLink for project management, scheduling, reporting, and documentation control
- Handle procurement by verifying BOM, identifying subcontractor scopes, and evaluating proposals
- Develop CPM schedule with project scheduler, forecast materials and manpower
- Manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, daily reports, and risk management
- Lead field operations, safety, inspections, and punch list coordination
- Lead talent development and performance reviews, plan training, and support staffing forecasts
- Maintain alignment with budgets, profitability targets, and contractual obligations
- Forecast future staffing needs and participate in continuous improvement
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of related experience
- Experience in construction management of structures, facilities, and systems
- Strong scheduling, budgeting, and project controls capabilities
- Proven ability to manage subcontractors and procurement processes
- Experience with change orders, submittals, RFIs, and documentation
- Knowledge of QA/QC processes and regulatory/compliance standards
