Overview As Senior UKG HRIS Analyst, you partner with HR leadership to shape and optimize the UKG environment, focusing on Workforce Management and analytics. You will build scalable reporting solutions and dashboards that inform executive decisions, while driving HR technology improvements and data integrity. This role blends strategic influence with hands-on administration, system optimization, and collaboration across HR, Payroll, Benefits, and business leaders. You'll lead a major UKG Pro Workforce Management implementation and serve as the trusted UKG expert.

Responsibilities- Administer, configure, and optimize UKG Pro and UKG Workforce Management
- Develop Cognos reports and Power BI dashboards from scratch
- Create workforce analytics, headcount reporting, and executive dashboards
- Maintain and enhance existing reporting capabilities
- Ensure data integrity across HRIS platforms
- Partner with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and leaders to improve processes through technology
- Support payroll, benefits, timekeeping, compliance, and HR operations via system administration
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and deliver scalable solutions
- Troubleshoot complex HRIS and reporting issues and provide timely resolutions
- Participate in UKG Pro Workforce Management implementation and optimization
- Drive process improvements to increase efficiency and employee experience
- Act as the organization's UKG functional expert and reporting resource
Key requirements- 6+ years of hands-on UKG Pro Workforce Management experience
- Strong experience administering and configuring UKG Pro
- Experience supporting UKG Workforce Management including timekeeping
- Understanding of UKG Pro and Workforce Management integrations
- Proven experience developing custom Cognos reports from scratch
- Strong Power BI dashboard development experience
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience developing HR metrics, workforce analytics, and executive reporting
- Knowledge of HR operations including payroll, benefits, timekeeping, and HR compliance
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder partnership skills
- Experience driving HR technology and process improvement initiatives
