You'll partner with cross-functional teams to design scalable, compliant AI solutions and manage portfolio metrics. Responsibilities- Design and execute prompt engineering strategies to optimize AI model performance
- Lead end-to-end AI/ML solutions across PDM and Tech Ops use cases
- Conduct process discovery and translate business logic into AI-ready specifications
- Act as SME in AI model design, feature engineering, and solution architecture
- Document current-state workflows and define future-state AI-enabled processes
- Validate AI solutions against workflows and regulatory requirements (GxP)
- Contribute to data solutions and provide post-implementation support
- Manage portfolio-level tracking, dashboards, and metrics across AI/ML use cases
- Mentor junior data scientists
Key requirements- Bachelor or higher in statistics, data science and/or computer science with 5+ years of relevant experience
- Experience with prompt engineering, LLM testing, or AI model experimentation
- Exposure to PDM and Tech Ops processes in a corporate environment is a plus
- Good systems thinking and ability to visualize workflows; process design experience preferred
- Strong problem definition and problem-solving skills
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage projects
- Strong oral and written communication; familiarity with GxP/GMP
