Overview In this Senior Scientist role, you will lead translational PKPD efforts to guide preclinical development of biologics, working within the tPKPD group of gRED to support pipeline programs. You will design and interpret ADME/PKPD studies, generate concise regulatory and project documentation, and communicate findings to cross-functional teams. The position offers opportunities to publish and shape PKPD strategy while advancing pipeline impact in a collaborative, science-driven environment.

Responsibilities- Design, conduct, and interpret in vitro and in vivo ADME and PKPD studies to understand pharmacology and predict human behavior
- Prepare summary tables and reports for non-clinical studies and contribute to regulatory documents (INDs/BLAs) under supervision
- Present data to project teams, departments, and conferences; support dissemination of findings
- Publish PKPD-focused research in high-quality journals
- Manage an active lab program supporting basic PKPD research and pipeline projects
- Collaborate with Clinical Pharmacology, Research, Bioanalytical Sciences, Safety Assessment, and other functions
- Participate in compliance and safety activities; perform other duties as assigned
Key requirements- Ph.D., M.D., or PharmD degree in pharmacology, pharmaceutical science, biology or related disciplines
- 1-2 years of relevant industry experience in translational PKPD/pharmacology or equivalent; postdoctoral experience preferred
- Strong track record evidenced by publications, patents, or regulatory filings
- Solid knowledge of laboratory techniques and GLP safety training
- Experience with quantitative PKPD software (WinNonlin, NONMEM, ADAPT II, Matlab, Simbiology, R)
