Overview In this role you will own the RFSmart WMS platform end-to-end within NetSuite ERP across seven sites, ensuring configuration, data integrity, security, and smooth integrations. You will be the internal SME for warehouse process design and the primary liaison with RFSmart support, guiding testing, deployments, and go-lives. This on-site position in Hunt Valley, MD involves standardizing workflows, managing user access, and driving reporting on inventory and productivity. You will shape multi-site warehouse operations and mentor site coordinators to sustain excellence.

Responsibilities- Configure RFSmart settings including item/SKU rules, bin/location structures, and pick/pack/ship workflows
- Manage NetSuite-RFSmart integration health and coordinate ERP-related changes
- Oversee user roles, permissions, and security; conduct access reviews
- Standardize warehouse workflows across all sites while accommodating site-specific needs
- Lead testing and validation of RFSmart/NetSuite updates and releases
- Act as escalation point for unresolved site WMS issues
- Manage RFSmart vendor relationship (support tickets, enhancements, licensing)
- Build and maintain dashboards on inventory accuracy, productivity, and system exceptions
- Maintain WMS documentation, SOPs, and training materials
- Train and mentor Backup Administrator and Site WMS Coordinators
- Lead or support new-site onboarding and go-live activities
Key requirements- 3+ years administering a WMS (RFSmart or comparable) in a multi-site environment
- Working knowledge of NetSuite ERP (inventory, fulfillment, item management)
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations (receiving, putaway, picking, packing, shipping, cycle counting)
- Experience with RF/barcode scanning hardware and troubleshooting
- Strong analytical and SQL/reporting skills (saved searches, NetSuite reporting)
- Excellent cross-site communication and project management skills
- Ability to travel periodically (estimated 15-25%)
