You will lead cases from start to finish and appear in courts across NYC, collaborating closely with building boards and managing agents. This role combines practical legal guidance with client relationship development to support operators of residential buildings. You will contribute to the firm's mission by delivering results for board clients while expanding the practice.

• Advocate for cooperative and condominium buildings in landlord-tenant matters
• Manage cases from inception through resolution
• Appear in courts across Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, and the Bronx
• Collaborate with building boards and managing agents
• Provide practical legal guidance aligned with building operations
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with building clients

• NY Barred Attorney
• 7+ years of landlord-tenant experience
• experience representing co-ops and condos in NYC

• Strong client relationship skills
