Responsibilities- Advocate for cooperative and condominium buildings in landlord-tenant matters
- Manage cases from inception through resolution
- Appear in courts across Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, and the Bronx
- Collaborate with building boards and managing agents
- Provide practical legal guidance aligned with building operations
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with building clients
Key requirements- NY Barred Attorney
- 7+ years of landlord-tenant experience
- experience representing co-ops and condos in NYC
- Strong client relationship skills
